REBECCA DANIEL
Board Member
Rebecca Daniel is a founding board member of Big Country Veterans, bringing over a decade of sales experience from NBC/CBS affiliates and software industries. Currently managing her family's Circle Bar Ranch with a focus on the horse and breeding division, she combines her business acumen with practical ranching knowledge to support veteran wellness initiatives.
Her dedication to veterans' causes stems from her experiences as a high school sophomore during 9/11, living near the Pentagon. This commitment deepened through hosting veterans at her family ranch for annual hog hunts, where one veteran became like family. After losing this veteran to suicide, Rebecca's resolve to support quality wellness and communication programs for veterans became unshakeable.
As Co-Committee Chair for Sales & Sponsorships, Rebecca applies her professional expertise to advance BCV's mission. She envisions the organization becoming an industry leader in veteran wellness, guided by the core values of God, Family, and Education. Her unique perspective bridges the gap between civilian and veteran communities, contributing to BCV's growth and impact.
When not serving on the board, Rebecca competes in horse-cutting competitions and enjoys RV adventures with her dachshunds. Her involvement in the ranching community extends through active memberships in TSCRA and AQHA, where she maintains connections with veterans outside of BCV.
A graduate of an all-girls boarding school in Virginia—where she made history as the first student to board a western horse—Rebecca brings a distinctive background to her role. As one of the champions of BCV's mission, she lives by the motto "Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right." Through her work with Big Country Veterans, she continues her mission of serving those who have served our country.
